一、 「銀光好居」認證
1. 「銀光好居」認證模組：台灣即將進入超高齡社會，老人困老宅已是不容忽視的課題。銀光未來創新協會結合財團法人國家政策研究基金會，共同對高齡友善居住環境進行研究，建置銀光好居認證新模組(見下表)，希冀貴單位能推薦符合「銀光好居」認證標準的單位，與我們共同推廣。

2. 銀光好居認證主體
(1) 申請銀光好居認證的主體為供年長者或全齡混合居住的集合住宅，包含但不限於養生村、社會住宅、公寓大廈等。由興建者、營運者或公寓大廈管理委員會提出申請。
(2) 規劃中、興建中、銷售中的可以申請候選證書。
二、 「銀光好居」創新服務表揚
1. 「銀光好居」創新服務表揚標準：提供年長者符合銀光好居「三安ㄧ自主」任一面向/項目創新卓越服務者
(1) 安定：評估社區型服務是否穩定、可靠且具合理成本，能全面滿足各年齡層居民的多元需求。
(2) 安全：評估服務是否有效降低居住風險，並提升使用者對居住空間、設施及智能化設備的彈性與便利性。
(3) 安心：評估是否能滿足全齡民眾於不同生命階段的身心靈需求，涵蓋從硬體設施到軟體服務的全面支持。
(4) 自主：評估是否提供長者維護尊嚴與價值再造的機會，促進其自立與再貢獻的實現。
2. 「銀光好居」創新服務表揚申請者
可為政府立案的機關、學校、機構、企業等。
